Regarding purchasing: Dear customer, we primarily focus on wholesale and do not retail. All prices are wholesale prices and do not include shipping.
Regarding customization: Dear customer, we support processing and customization, including logo production. The minimum order quantity depends on the products you choose; please contact customer service for details.
Regarding logistics: Small items can be shipped via express delivery; large items are recommended to be shipped via freight. Our partner express companies are Guotong, Quanfeng, Yousu, and SF Express, charged according to actual weight. Freight is collect on delivery. If you require us to prepay the freight, please contact customer service.
Regarding shipping: Under normal circumstances, we will ship within 48 hours. In special circumstances, such as seasonal busy periods or warehouse shortages, the shipping time may be extended appropriately; your understanding is appreciated.
Regarding receiving goods: Upon receiving the goods, please check for any damage or missing items before signing. If any of these issues are found, please contact us first for a negotiated solution.
Regarding out-of-stock items: To ensure timely receipt of goods, for orders with out-of-stock items, we will contact the customer first and, with their permission, ship the available products first. After receiving the goods, the customer can apply for a refund for the out-of-stock items. If the customer does not agree, we will negotiate a refund; your understanding is appreciated.

Regarding after-sales service:
1. Due to lighting during photography and differences in monitors, the color and pattern of the product images on the webpage may differ slightly from the actual product. Please refer to the actual product.
2. Returns and exchanges are accepted for product quality issues. Returns are not accepted for non-quality issues. Please be aware of this.
3. If the product is damaged, please take photos and contact our customer service. The photos must show two details: first, a picture of the outer box in perfect condition; second, detailed information about the product damage. This will help us communicate with you regarding restocking.
4. We support issuing invoices. If you require an invoice, the buyer will bear the invoicing fee. Please consult customer service for specific pricing details.
