Our customer approached JH Sourcing with a specific requirement:
They needed a partner who could help prepare products according to Amazon FBA requirements, including customized packaging, quantity sorting, and product labeling before shipment.
The customer's core requirements:
1. Products needed to be sorted, bundled, and repacked according to different kit configurations and SKU variations.
2. Each order needed custom outer packaging or retail-ready boxes to protect goods during international transit.
3. FNSKU barcode labels, suffocation warnings, and carton labels had to be accurately applied according to Amazon specifications.
4. Provide clear, transparent QC pictures and weight checks to the client prior to final shipment dispatch.
5. The entire process had to be efficient and error-free to prevent delays or extra prep charges at Amazon fulfillment centers.
For Amazon sellers, even small mistakes in bundling, packaging, or barcode placement can result in warehouse rejections or lost inventory.

Our Solution: Customized FBA Preparation & Multi-Category Sourcing
1. Professional Product Sorting, Bundling & Kitting
We carefully counted and sorted products based on the customer's requested quantities, ensuring each package matched the sales requirements.

2. Accurate Labeling & FNSKU Application
We apply FNSKU barcodes, multipack stickers, and master carton labels strictly per Amazon rules for seamless FBA receiving.

3. Strict Pre-Shipment Quality Control
Before delivery, every package was checked to confirm the quantity, packaging condition, and labeling accuracy.
