Today, I would like to share with you a customer case——the customization of pet ceramic bowls.

The customer's customization requirements were quite simple. He wanted to have a batch of pet ceramic bowls - with his own brand logo printed on them.
The customer chose two colors: pink and green. They are fresh and natural, in line with the aesthetic trend of the pet product market.
To accommodate pets of different sizes, he selected three capacities: 150ml, 250ml, and 500ml, covering the needs from young cats to large dogs. 

After the client sent us his LOGO file, we immediately contacted the cooperating factory to confirm the feasibility of the process.
Meanwhile, the design team quickly started the 3D rendering work and delivered the 3D preview of the product to the client within a very short period of time.
After seeing the preview, the client responded that our speed was so fast. 
Since this was a large-scale order, we did not rush to start mass production immediately. Instead, we adopted a more cautious and responsible approach:
1. First, we produced samples to ensure that every design detail was accurate;
2. The samples were sent to the customers for confirmation;
3. After the customers confirmed that everything was correct, we started the mass production of the finished products.
The entire production cycle from sample confirmation to product shipment took us half a month. 

The idea of customization sounds quite complicated, doesn't it? But actually, it's not.
All you need to do is two things:
1. Tell us your requirements (what product, what color, what size);
2. Tell us your ideas (LOGO file, design style, brand tone).
The rest - design, prototyping, production, quality control, packaging - all are handled by us.
